Recording Your Messages on Hold

It is peculiar that so many companies do not realize how critical their messages on hold are – or could be! Think about it. You have an attentive audience. Your customers are waiting on line to get in touch with one of your representatives and they must listen closely in case they come on the phone. This means you can tape a really compelling message which offers them lots of information, and they will hear everything. Do not make it dull though – you'll discover that if your message simply repeats itself and is told in a dull voice, you would receive plenty of hang ups.
