Hiring Talent to Record Messages on Hold

It is too often businesses do not take the time to consider how important it is to have the right messages on hold. The reality is that when your customers or clients are on hold, they are likely to hang up if the messages they are listening to are not interesting, exciting or read in a professional and enjoyable voice. You wouldn't assume you could handle the repairs on your car without training. Why would you assume that the receptionist can offer quality hold messages?
