Recording Your Messages on Hold
It's strange that so many companies don't realize how important their messages on hold are – or could be! Consider it. You have an attentive audience. Your customers are waiting on line to get in touch with one of your representatives and they must listen carefully in case they come on the phone. This means you can record a truly interesting message which gives them plenty of information, and they would hear everything. Don't make it dull though – you will find that if your message just repeats itself and is spoken in a dull voice, you will receive plenty of hang ups.
