The best IVR voice recording for your company will rely mostly on what you do and what you're trying to accomplish. On the other hand, there are a a number of general rules of thumb you should bear in mind. First, you need your message to be enlightening. You need your customers to carry on listening because they think the information is useful. You also want the message to be in a soothing, pleasant voice. Your clients are not likely to hold on for long if you have a rough, grating voice that gets on their nerves and is aggravating to listen to.
